Wayne is the owner of MARC's Air Conditioning on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. He was born in Rhodesia, then moved to South Africa, and moved back to Zimbabwe (Rhodesia) for business during which time he bought and managed a very successful contruction company.

Wayne and his family of 6 then moved to Australia where he has been a very successful business owner.
