Our Team

Our team of specialists comprise businessmen and -women that in their own right are successful professionals in their areas of expertise. We have developed our best practice through being involved first-hand as business owners and advisors to other businesses - large and small.

Areas of specilization such as legal and tax consultation are contracted to professionals familiar with the relevant State, Federal and Local government regulations.

At Quasar Advisory we do not conduct our work from any one area of specialization such as accounting, legal, tax, marketing or human resources. Our work comprises all of these areas whilst we consider the business from a businessman's perspective.

How we see it

In every sense in life - physical, emotional, spiritual, morally, in business and in finance - LIGHT represents that which is good, that which is to be known, that which is life. Without light plants don’t grow and without light we simply can’t see.

A quasar is a star-like galactic body, which is amongst the furthest and brightest in the known universe. In a business context a quasar represents a sense of understanding, trust and positive contribution from a long way off.

Similar to astronomers seeing a quasar’s light from afar, business investors coming to Australia use Quasar Advisory Services to gain understanding of the business they are about to invest in - to ‘see’ the forest from the trees.

What this means for our clients

Quasar Advisory clients gain a better understanding of their (target) business, not merely its financial statements. Therefore, our clients gain the opportunity to;

  1. Weigh up the pro’s and con’s of the business from an financial, operational, human resource, technological, marketing and sales point of view
  2. Determine their ‘fit for ownership and management’ of the target business
  3. Determine a reasonable price for the business
  4. Determine a suitable time scale for concluding the transaction
